We made a cold extracted #juniper tincture for gin-ing up cocktails. 4 grams of finely cracked juniper berries macerated in 30 ml of #TechnicalReserve on a stir plate yields this gorgeous and potent(!) liquid. Smelling beautifully of juniper but not overwhelmingly medicinal in flavor, it makes a great top note to a cocktail. #drinkicd #vodkascience #bitters #tincture #gin (at Industry City Distillery)
